I love that Crow has a literal pencil mustache in the safety sketch.

One of the coolest things about this one is that the cop in the short, William Boyett, was also the sergeant in almost every episode of Adam-12.

I've seen both episodes a zillion times but it just hit me that Mickey Moran in this movie is the same actor (Tom Neal) that plays Clifford Scott in The Brute Man. Clifford is the guy that screws Rondo Hatton's character Hal over while they're in college, which leads to Hal burning his own face with acid. I only realized it because I was dozing and I suddenly realized his voice sounded really familiar. So I checked IMDB and there ya go! Turns out Tom Neal had an interesting but rocky real life as well.

At 0:48:26 you can see Mike just put his hand up in disbelief of what he just heard.

I never payed attention to the commercial break at 37:10. Is that supposed to be Frank's head hitting the chalkboard?

i've seen a lot of mst3k... a lot. i just finished watching the opening with the traffic safety short and the after skit, and i have to say that was probably the most insane set i've ever seen. that was just... nuts! .. but very enjoyable :)

This is probably the first episode where I was actually able to pick out the post-credits clip as I was watching.

This movie is every bit as ignorant of physics as "Rocketship XM", and that's saying something!

Maybe they should riff "Red Asphalt", it could use some lightening up.

So yeah, I try to wedge "I'm gonna go throw myself in the thresher" into as many conversations as I can.
