"Leave Robert Denby alone" a reference I finally got as I only watched Riding With Death the other day (and the actor that plays Sam Casey's boss is Marianne's boyfriend in this one - although much younger).

Leave Robert Denby Alone! - 8 months ago

So Marianne is not only manipulated and essentially raped by the repulsive ventriloquist, but her boyfriend doesn't seem to give a crap about her unless he can use her for his own ends either.

Even when she's ill and delirious he's just mildly curious as opposed to concerned.

I usually wear shorts and Trixie here wears short skirts, so lets have a PANTS PARTY!
Trixie: "Oh please. This one artist, Tommy Simms I think, draws me in jean pants all the time. But I wouldn't check out his work being a bit...yeah. He draws well, but his content is not for everyone. Even Funky here gets confused."
Is he that Sheriff from Megaton in Fallout 3?
Trixie: "That's Lucas Simms. See. No this one draws me like I'm still ten or eleven years old and...doing things. Creepy."
But you're 23.
Trixie: "In your head I'm 23 or older. Not in this guy's head though. Forget what I was talking about. Need a shower now. Pants party!"
Pants! Pants! Pants! Pants!

My favorite part about this movie is how they expect us to buy that the world's most unentertaining hypnotist/ventriloquist can get an audience.

This movie creeped me out! Especially at 39:00 when Mike is breathing for the dummy and then ITS EYES MOVE ever so slightly. It goes from hahahah to aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh very quickly.

I found it really funny how bad Vorelli's act is...I'm mean, it is supposed to be this SOLD OUT amazing show; and the best part is the butt lady. How could that sell out every show and prompt a reporter to investigate?

Yay! I finally finished it! This is one of the last stops on my unfinished episode tour. Yikers, what a snoozefest! The most interesting thing in the entire episode is Tom as a toaster strudel.

For me, this is my "even the guys couldn't save this one." But now, I have finally finished it, and can forget it forever.

I suspect that one reason for my contempt is an early exposure to "The Talons of Wang-Chiang." THAT'S how you make a scary dummy movie.

I'd like to admit something to the Club:

I like big butts, and I cannot lie.

When a character walks in with a not so itty-bitty waist and a round thing in your face you get.....squishy! :D
