Mystery Science Expo 3000 - http://bit.ly/ODE_MST3K_EXPO

I'm a volunteer at the theater in Rhode Island running this first ever Mystery Science Expo 3000 event. Feel free to ask me any questions about this weekend of events.

When did you first discover the show, and when were you hooked?

I discovered the show around 2006-2007, when I was in high school. Obviously, the show had long ended its run by then. One of the first episodes I saw was Prince of Space.

I imagine there are some who would like pill number 2 with the gerbil as a suppository.

Why include Season 11 in the Watch-It-Together? Some of us don't have / can't afford (fixed income) Netflix to be able to join the festivities.
It makes my widdo heart sad not to be able to join such an illustrious, hilarious, and vivacious group as the MSTies. I'll be over here languishing in the corner...sobbing uncontrollably, alone, forlorn, inconsolable, and broken...or not.

Just returned. Had front row seats but was extreme right side near the stage exit door. Due to acoustics missed hearing 60 per cent of the riffs. People in seats at center stage were roaring. The acoustics were better there. People in oursection were all quiet and couldn't hear that well either. Would give it a rating of 3 out of 10. Saw only The Brain. The film soundtrack was barely audible due to the live action. A few times an extremely loud low hum vibrate the arena from the live action mics. Universal jacked the parking fee up to $40! We got a discount to $25 for the disabled plates on the car. The film was OK not areal gem for riffing.

How do I post images here on the forum? I did get a flash photo before the show started. Flash photos were not allowed during the show.

Last night I finally watched this straight through first time since 1958. Two things I noticed 1. The catchy theme song , Beware the Blob. 2. Anesta Crusult played McQueen's girlfriend. She also played Andy Griffith's girlfriend Helen Crimp on is TV show. The 1958 hairdo was time appropriate.
