So there are stock footage Africans, then "Africans" played by straight-haired white people, and we're not supposed to notice the difference?

This one suffers from how many times they repeat the "Biography!" gag in the last half hour. But there's a great running gag earlier: "Coming to America... today!"
The best example is when Lena asks Richard when he's sneaking to America, he says "tonight", and Crow so adamantly corrects it to "or TODAY!"

I'm watching this version for the first time, and I find it hilarious when Jack Perkins is forcing his attention on Mr. B, given who the actors are.

So when Stubble Man is repairing a radio for Skinny Marine Biologist and it makes his Black Girlfriend jealous, is that some kind of intersectional feminist subtext?

So let's get this straight. 3,000 years ago, an alien left a mind control mask and belt of superpowers in the Andes, and bred with a local woman to leave behind a protector. "His son will be a Pumaman, and his son" on down to white American Dr. Farms. So it's implied that the reason Vadhino can't do all the heroics himself is because the belt of superpowers has a lock that can only be opened by the alien-Peruvian Y chromosome of the original Pumaman.
So one, did Tony's paternal grandmother have an affair with an earlier, actually Latino Pumaman?
And two, HEY ALIENS, why didn't you put a lock on the mask that mentally enslaves people?

42:32 So the Jurassic period was only "approximately 320 years ago"? What, is she from the Christian Science Institute or something?

Hey girl, it's pretty disrespectful to call your father a dud.
*finishes movie*
Never mind, he is a total dud.

Is "Let's sneak out for some cabaret" the only appearance of R&G in the Brains's cut of this production?
Bold move making them a gay couple one of whom looks like Michael York, BTW.

Dad gets really condescending. "That one looks like a very important ancestor. Shake his hand, Roxy,"
Also he sounds like Stacy Keach.

Frank Chapman is the most petulant, whiny "hero" this side of the Pumaman.
