I think we're all agreed that riffing is pretty funny, but last night my oldest son and I were literally crying with laughter at the Rifftrax riff of "MegaForce". The movie itself is as unappealing as having Barry Bostwick jack off on your front porch for 90minutes, but the "Hitler and Michael Bay snort coke" section near the end was comedy gold. We had to rewatch it a couple of times as we couldn't hear all the jokes because we were making too much noise. Just brilliant.

What riffing has made you not just laugh, but totally lose it?

In 2007 my wife and I met Glenn in the parking lot of Mohegan Sun in CT. We had a nice long conversation with him for close to an hour. We recognizedhim right away even though he had large sunglasses and a ballcap on. What a real Southern gentleman. We talked about everything. He was just as interested in us as we were in him. A great guy and a virtuoso musician. We will always have this wonderful memory of him.

Last Little Shop Puppetry and Stuff Update....probably...

Hey! So, I'm sorry I keep annoying everyone with my puppetry endeavors. I just like telling you guys of my endeavors! I know it's an MST forum (and technically speaking, MST has puppetry, so it's loosely related!). So, with two days till opening night of Little Shop of Horrors, I no longer feel overwhelmed! I remember when I first posted about it, excited, and then my next post was about how the puppets were busted and impossible to control. Now that I've had two weeks with them, I've mastered them in all of their cheapness. The community theater that is doing this show went REALLY cheap on these puppets. This means that some of the puppets operate worse than others. Strangely enough, the largest puppet that takes my full, standing body to maneuver operates better than the second largest, which also uses many body parts, however, I have the comfort of sitting and I use my arms to form a giant hand puppet, using two handles, one on each jaw. So, long story short, I'm now VERY happy with the product I'm producing! And my voice actor ad-libbed today and I caught it and went on with it! I'm pretty glad it came together. I don't know what I was worried so much about! I knew I'd pull it together! Also, in other news of my puppetry hobby, I'm finally getting it off the ground for an all-year-round-type thing at a church. I'm going to be starting a local puppet team for a local church. It's very exciting because if I have ONE goal of puppetry, it's to get others interested in the hobby. Modern cinema and television has very few puppets. In fact, Nickelodeon has a sign that says "no puppets" to people trying to pitch their shows to them. So, puppetry needs a boost. Especially since even film gets rid of practical effects, nowadays. No animatronic puppets! And when they DO have puppets, they CG over them like in Jurassic World! So, I apologize for annoying you guys so much. I just get excited about puppetry to the point that it's different than anyone else. Sure, I'm a musician and I act on occasion, but my musician-self is my life-style. I even plan to be a music educator in the future. And acting is something that...pretty much everyone does. But puppetry is something that lasts the ages as a hobby that is distinct in comparison to others. And I love it.

Uh-Oh..another thread is gone. i wish that I knew if it is the powers that be, or the poster, as that would create guidance (maybe it wasn't the original topic of bots, but the ADHD discussion of pantie raids). We are now "thread" bare. Simply an observation, now go one-below and enjoy Iggy's quest in life...our little Iggy seems to be growing up and is focused with passion......Go for it !!!!!

And the tribute is done. Thanks to one and all who helped put together this tribute to a funny, charming, silly goofball, who probably had more lives than The Doctor. Thanks, guys. :)

...there are 8 installments of Cinematic Titanic on YouTube. The titles are:

The Doomsday Machine
The Wasp Woman
Legacy of Blood
Frankenstein's Castle of Freaks
The Alien Factor
War of the Insects
Rattlers, and
The Astral Factor

If you're on the fence about getting the DVD set, perhaps watching a couple of these will help make up your mind. And now, a link:
