Little known fact: even though the ocean features prominently in this movie, it was actually filmed almost entirely in BRO-ledo, BRO-hio!

I lost count how many times I've seen this episode. In recent years I find if I imagine Ron Burgundy playing the flute in the soundtrack (especially Torgo's theme), it adds a new dimension of funny.

Were there any references to "The fall Guy" in this episode? If there was I must have missed them, heard a few "Six Million Dollar Man" riffs. Although I have to remember that Colt Seevers was ..."the unknown stuntman"...

Hey! 100 laughs for Space Mutiny! To commemorate the occasion, I invite everyone to make up their own original name for David Ryder (Blast Hardcheese)

Apparently this spaceship was built by Bethlehem Steel in the early 1950s

When is the aerospace industry going to open their eyes to brick, mortar, steel, and concrete to being viable materials for spacecraft construction. Oh, and...Runck McThickgristle!

I wonder if Uhaul second guessed their policy of; “ we’ll buy back the boxes you don’t use”, when this film was made.

I was really looking forward to these new ones, especially since Joel was involved. Overall I wasn't disappointed, of course nothing can recapture the originals. I love original Cheez-its too, they come out with all these new flavors and styles, and they're good but they can't replace original cheddar. So these new seasons of MST3K are like parmesan or colby-jack Cheez-its to me: good, not as good as original, but so MUCH better than "Cheese-nibs", yuck!

"Watch out for snakes"......I remember an episode of the US version of "The Office"; they were having some sort of an outdoor, Survivor, type challenge. In a scene where everyone was getting off a bus, Michael (Steve Carell), shouts "watch out for snakes"; I always wondered if it was an homage to this episode. I certainly laughed like it was.
