Somehow I thought a movie about The Joker fighting dinosaurs would be more entertaining.

I always feel so bad for the poor creature. :(

I know that in the original he's more of a villainous, creepy stalker type, but watching this on its own is horrifying. He's like an African taken in the slave trade, just minding his own business until some creepy white man kidnaps his ass.

Mormo
In Greek mythology, Mormo (Greek: Μορμώ, Μορμών, Mormō) was a spirit who bit bad children, said to have been a companion of the goddess Hecate. The name was also used to signify a female vampire-like creature in stories told to Greek children by their nurses to keep them from misbehaving. This reference is primarily found in some of the plays of Aristophanes.[1][2] He is also referenced in The Alexiad, which goes to show that Mormo was still taught to children during Byzantine times.
orgo
Gorgo may refer to:

Another name for the Gorgon
Gorgo (film), a 1961 movie, or its protagonist, the fictional giant monster Gorgo
Gorgo, Queen of Sparta, 5th-century B.C. Queen of Sparta, daughter of Cleomenes and wife of Leonidas I
681 Gorgo, an asteroid
Gorgo, a former brush-footed butterfly genus now included in Erebia.

So, not really names for the Devil. More associated with
Hecate
Hecate or Hekate (ancient Greek Ἑκάτη, Hekátē, pronounced /ˈhɛkətiː/ or /ˈhɛkət/[1] in English) is a chthonic Greco-Roman goddess associated with magic and crossroads.
Just in case you were curious.

So, it's either "Earth VS the Spider" or "Arachnophobia". Eitherway, some milquetoaste actor gets the boid... er, spider.

Sorry to go a bit out there but besides MST3K one of my great loves in life is metal. The music, not the material.

Anyway, there is a Finnish metal band (I'd say the genre is slightly power, mostly melodic death) called Amorphis that has focused, in recent releases, on the Finish epic poem Kalevala, which I believe some or all of the Finnish fantasy movies MST3K did are based on as well (though I could be wrong).

Naturally, the opening song on their album entitled Skyforger is 'Sampo'. I'll post the link below.

If you like heavy music, Amorphis is great especially when they changed directions with their most recent lead singer and did the kind of grandiose storytelling you see in the films on MST3K.

Ensiferum is another good Finnish heavy metal band as well.

Hoffer in Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, was Dr. Michaels in Fantastic Voyage,Satan in "The Greatest Story EverTold", played multiple roles in both of The Great Escape movies, as well as being a RAF piolot in WWII (and subsequently a P.O.W)
