Semantic question... if Bobo calls the thing at the end of his arm with 4 fingers and a thumb a "paw", then what precisely is the difference between a paw and a hand? Yes, the question is boring and pointless, but so's the movie.

I loved the riffing of this movie! but Im confused on the actual plot...At the end, Manferd tells Vicky that her coming to the island was a godsend, and I get there was some kind of competition between him and Hargrove on who could come up with a way for the bees to attack in force..How was Vicky a godsend by her coming there? The movie depicts Hargrove as a good guy at the end, but really he is not, if he was trying to develop a way to send killer bees somewhere..? Confused.

I love it when they had the remembrance scene of everything that just happened a second ago lol. Did you know that the creepy dark haired guitar player is Ron Wood from the Rolling Stones. He was in that crappy rip-off band called "The Birds", not the other band we all know as 'The Byrds' that sang "turn, turn, turn". I guess for copy-rights sake they hadda put a "Y" in their name because of the other band?

Bees are only dangerous when close to their hives. That and having a major allergic reaction to bee venom. I see many bees in my garden with the sunflowers. Bees love the sunflowers. But I never had a sting when working around bees. They're usually more interested in the flowers than me.

And that's probably their problem. I don't see enough flowers on their property, Place looks barren. Bees look around and think, "Where are all the flowers? Did the humans killed the flowers? Those monsters! Death to humans!"

What is it with men in movies, when the woman says, "This crazy thing happened and I saw it firsthand," reacting by asking if she's sure she wasn't dreaming? I have some dreams that feel so real they surpass the boundaries of being unnerving, but I can always tell them from real memories. How dumb do these guys think we ladies are, anyway?

This is a really, really underappreciated episode--not only for "Previously on the Satellite of Love", but because this is actually a modestly entertaining movie that is enhanced threefold by the riffing. I think Mike's "WOOO" after the inquest rules "death by misadventure" is an awesome (if obscure) riff.

Great episode, but I'm a little puzzled that they didn't make more Monty Python references. After all, "Mr. Manfred" is practically a dead ringer for Terry Jones, and Vicky's greedy agent reminds me of Michael Palin.
