I found a copy posted to You Tube. Here is the stuff I noticed was cut:
- When Chance meets his boss, he whines about his new assignment. The boss him the old God and Country speech to motivate him.
- Adam took a plane to Seaview and did knock on the door before butting in on Eva conversational English record.
- A few minutes with Chance and Stefanik talking with really creepy morgue attendant were cut. (This guy was so bizarre, I am surprised he wasn't left in this episode, and called back like Torgo and Ortega.)
- After the boss listens to Chance's shaver, he calls Chance who said Manson was shot by micro spore pellet that didn't spread right away and would not infect other people (Though we saw David Lynch and Shel Silverstein die that way in the pre titlesequence.)
- A long drive by the villain and preppy guy to the Mexican hideout is cut.
- Chance discovers that lowering the body temperature prevents the spores from killing the subject and tells Sgefanik that he can wire the TV to make the door a death trap. (Which we see him do later.
- How did Chance sneak by Prince to get in the dry cleaning truck?
- Eva demonstrates her prowess at archery and says she's competing in Vienna next month, just before Marko, Prince and the giy who gets shocked by the TV try to kidnap Chance and Stefanik.
- Still no call to Vienna Archery Association.

The pointless death that really irritates me: Yashuko. He rescues her and takes her to an open space, while there's still a gunfight going on and instead of getting her to safety, he hypnotizes and starts to question her right there? Why? Why not get her hidden and protected until such time that they could do it safely? Yes, I know there are supposed to be problems, but would it have killed them to keep the completely innocent girl alive? :P

Just added the uncut version. Here is what is cut from the MST3k version:
- The movie starts with Noel driving his jeep to the dig site.
- A scene where Yuri chats up a nurseat the hospital before drawing Tommy;s blood is cut.
- Paul's arrival and taxi ride were cut. Paul says he GREW UP in Flagstaff before moving the New York (despite his accent.)!?!?!?
- Paul; says his flight was delayed--though he arrived by train.
- Paul looks out his window and sees the town.
- Natalie arrived at the party with Noel. Paul with Carrie (the real estate agent) who dumps him (for no apparent reason).
- A short scene where Natalie explains she;ll need Noel;s permission to show Paul the skeleton.
- Some scenes of a museum showing (growling) mastadons, sabre toothed tigers, etc. before Paul visits the lab.
- Sex scene between Paul (just as he starts lycanthropizing & Natalie (spied on by a peeping Yuri.))
- Some bits of the final showdown between Paul & Yuri.

So... "The Enemy" (who happen to be communists with territory adjacent to Alaska) senses that the US doesn't have enough tanks to withstand nuclear bombardment (think about that one for a sec) and decides to invade. In retaliation, as per MAD doctrine, the US nukes their cities, factories, and farmland. In the end, the US manages to drive off the invaders, but both countries are left with massive casualties and billions in property and infrastructure damage (with no mention of the radiation).

And so the moral of our story is that Mutually Assured Destruction is a good deterrent to war because there is absolutely no point in invading a country capable of an unimaginably devastating retaliatory strike which would leave both your countries (and possibly the rest of the world) pretty much uninhabitable, so therefore...

Wait, no. The moral of our story is that MAD won't stop the enemy, our armed forces are all but useless, and so everyone should immediately move to a full wartime footing.

A point driven home by a parting quote from George Washington, who in reality didn't want us to have a standing army at all and warned in his farewell address to the nation that we "avoid the necessity of those overgrown military establishments which, under any form of government, are inauspicious to liberty." He further held that having a military would simultaneously drive up unnecessary and unsustainable debt while also getting us into unnecessary wars because having ready military power is in itself a temptation to use it. He went on in that address to advise that we cultivate peaceful relationships with other countries and that we avoid persistent antipathy towards any given country. Exactly the opposite of what the film would have us believe.

The airline that was supposed to take the made-for-TV hippie from San Francisco to Virginia was called "Southeastern Pacific". Wait, how does that work?
