This is sort of like word association, but different. The rules are that your response has to be MST/RT/CT related and has to have (at least in your mind) a connection of some sort to the previous post, however literal or liberal that connection may be. I'll start with:

Mike in an ape suit, wearing a diaper.

At 1:01:20, Steiner (through Servo) asks Sheila who won the Heisman Trophy in 1957.

Of course, everybody (who bothers to something-search) knows it was CROW. John David Crow (T. Robot).

For those of you who are fans of classic horror, here's a link to a webcaster who regularly runs top-drawer movies going back to the silent era. (Though right now I believe they're doing Twilight Zone episodes.) Great for the old-time classics that inspired the cheese we love to hate on MST3K.

While I'm happy that we'll get to see new episodes and more riffing, I have no idea who Jonah is and who the voices of the robots are. What's their previous work like? Will they have any chemistry? What types of movies will be riffed? How will these episodes be seen? Will Felicity and Patton get a shot at riffing? (Now THAT episode I would want to see) I just..i don't know. I want to be more excited for it but I'm not.

The Bring Back MST3K Kickstarter is officially off the ground. New episodes would be awesome, but I REALLY want to hit the one Billion dollar stretch goal so they can adopt a real live teenage boy and “Truman Show” him into believing he is the Pumaman!

Time for us to step up and make this happen. My money is on the table.

Keep circulating the URL!

Since James Best's death was announced today, I expect a lot of people watching this later.

Have you walked out?

Have you ever walked out of the theater and what what was the movie or special circumstance? My son reminded this A.M. that we left 'Despicable Me' on the opening weekend because of someone with ungodly flatulence. I swear I'm not joking. The theater was packed but someone around us was just unreal. My lab can clear a room, but this? I can't even describe it. We might have found seats up front but I didn't want to disturb people as the movie had stared. I also walked out of 'The Change-Up' because it was terrible, just gross, not funny (if you've seen it you know the scene), and 'Clash of the Titans' (remake) because it was terrible, and a monumental snooze fest.

We did see Despicable the next night. Probably my favorite Pixar movie.
