I really like the music in this movie. I find myself humming happily along to the song where Mike and the bots feel compelled to sing "Watermelon Man" to. Damn catchy stuff!

This is a favorite episode of mine. I even named my band after this movie. Yay for Italian Bond-type flicks!

11 laughs? I wish I could say that this experiment is an overlooked gem... The thing is that the riffing is really solid. The movie doesn't make any sense, but taken as two episodes of a TV series it's actually decent -especially compared to the torture that is The Castle Of Fu Manchu or most of their experiments. Therein lies the problem. Sometimes I want Joel and the bots to let me hear the dialogue so I can enjoy the stupid love interest or 90s pro-union/feminism/diversity/treating-handicapped-people-like-everybody-else subplot. Oh well, a solid end to a memorable season nonetheless!

Forrester and Frank trying to do their invention exchange is one of the greatest host moments. It makes me crack up every time! Please tell me I'm not alone...

If there was a song from a movie soundtrack you want Tom Servo to sing what would it be?

The episodes that you just...can't. I love MST3K, but there are a few episodes that I just have the hardest time sitting through. Mine are:

1. Space Travelers. How can a movie with this much star power be soooo boring? Unlike Apollo 13, this movie just makes me queasy. And the riffing is pretty mediocre.

2. The Girl In Lovers Lane. I'm a big sucker and despite the fact that these movies suck, I can't help but get attached to some of the characters. So when the girl dies...I was like, "WHAT!? WHY!?" Even Sidehackers isn't that big of a downer for me.

3. Werewolf. Seriously, why the hell is this one so popular?

4. Hamlet. How do you screw up Shakespeare? Just boring, and no big laughs from the riffers either.

Here's a personal milestone for me. I just watched "Manos: The Hands of Fate" for the first time. OMG, I think that's the worst movie ever made since Tom Edison produced the first film adaptation of Frankenstein! I didn't realize those were big red hands on the master's cloak, until Joel donned his adorned with big red feet!

My daughter is almost 15, and watching MST is one of the few things we can do together where she doesn't constantly roll her eyes at me, and for that I am grateful.
